Vaccinations at Anchorage Barn Veterinary Clinic

Vaccinations at Anchorage Barn Veterinary Clinic

Vaccinations are essential to give your new puppy or kitten the best start in life. Generally we give the first vaccination when they are between 8 and 10 weeks old with a second vaccination 2-3 weeks later. We offer a free microchip at this stage.

Booster vaccinations are required to keep your pet’s immunity status at optimal level. they are tailored to your pet's needs and we always perform a full health check prior to vaccination and a free urine test is included so please bring with you a fresh sample in any clean container.

Rabbits are vaccinated once a year with the Myxomatosis Viral Haemorrhagic Diarrhoea Virus vaccine.
